Our blog entry of yesterday was in response to the tragic loss of two of our "four legged" family members. Our daughter, Emily, was in the process of moving into a beach side home in Folly Beach. Late Sunday night the house was consumed by fire. Fortunately Em and Mike were not there. Unfortunately Em's two little dogs, Tanner and Lily, perished. Our hearts are broken at the loss of these two little "hooligans". Our fond memories will keep them near and dear to us.
Pat is flying to Charelston tomorrow, for two weeks, to help sort through the many things that need be done. Em is strong and will rebound. Like all of us she simply needs a little love and support.
Life will go on and we will all be a bit stronger in the wake of this loss.
